Our process is straightforward: Start with an inquiry specifying your requirements (power output, certifications needed, quantity). We provide a quotation within 24 hours. Once confirmed, we proceed with sample production (if needed), followed by a PI/contract. Production begins after deposit receipt, with regular updates through completion and shipment.

For standard products with existing certifications, MOQ starts at 100 pieces per model. For customized products (custom output, branding, packaging), MOQ is typically 500-1000 pieces depending on modification complexity. We support pilot orders for new customers to validate quality before scaling.

Standard product samples ship within 3-5 business days. Custom samples requiring modification (output specs, cable type, etc.) take 7-10 business days. Samples with new tooling or housing design may require 15-20 days. Express shipping options are available for urgent requirements.

Production lead time is 15-25 days depending on order quantity and customization level. Standard orders under 5,000 units typically complete in 15-18 days. Larger orders or those requiring special components may need 20-25 days. We provide production schedules upfront and send progress updates throughout manufacturing.

Our products are certified for global markets including UL (USA/Canada), CE (EU), FCC (USA EMC), CB (International), UKCA (UK), GS (Germany), PSE (Japan), and KC (South Korea). These certifications are transferable for OEM products, meaning you can use them for your branded products without additional testing in most cases.

We offer comprehensive customization: output specifications (voltage, current, power), plug types (US/EU/UK/AU and regional), cable options (length, gauge, connector), housing color and finish, logo printing (pad print, laser etch, label), and custom packaging. For unique requirements, our engineering team can develop modified or new designs.

Payment: T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C for large orders, PayPal for samples. Shipping: FOB Shenzhen standard, CIF/DDP available on request. We work with major carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) for air freight and established forwarders for sea freight. Full export documentation provided including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.

All of our adapters feature a wide input voltage range (100-240V AC, 50/60Hz), which allows them to work in almost all countries and regions globally. You only need a suitable plug adapter to match the local power outlet (e.g., Type A for the US, Type C for Europe).

We provide a standard 24-month warranty for all our power adapters, starting from the date of delivery. For bulk orders, we can offer an extended warranty based on mutual agreement. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by improper use, accidental drop, or unauthorized modification.
